Scope of Work:
This comprehensive refurbishment began with the complete strip-out of the existing, leaking polycarbonate roof and its compromised timber rafters. Our team then executed a full rebuild, which included:
- Structural Framework: Construction of a new, durable roof structure using pressure-treated timber, complete with reinforced noggins.
- Waterproof Roofing System: Installation of new polycarbonate roof sheets and the sealing of the end cob wall with an OSB and fibreglass cap for a completely watertight finish.
- Complete Drainage: Fitting of new fascia boards, gutters, and downpipes to ensure efficient water management.
- Wall Remediation: Repairing and repointing the masonry walls before applying a fresh, clean finish of high-quality white masonry paint.
